OUR PROCESS

Step 1:  Ideas & Quotes

In this phase we are collecting all the available information such as inspirational pictures, doors style, finishes, photos and dimensions of the existing rooms.

This is the time to share any specifics you can: inspirational pictures, cabinets layout, preliminary appliance ist, etc.To help the product specialist begin to develop a design concept, possible finish ideas, cabinetry style and budget range for the entire project. That will help us to put together a budget proposal.

Step 2:  Drafting Agreement

The Drafting Agreement involves signing the agreement for Shop Drawings package and submitting a non-refundable security deposit for $1,000 which will be fully credited to the purchase price of the cabinetry.

Step 3:  Manufacturing

Based on approved shop drawings the project should be entering production at the right time to meet your proposed schedule. We know construction is not a perfect science, and things can happen to alter the proposed schedule. As we draw closer to the date of delivery, Gamma Project Managers, will be in close communication with your job site manager to be certain everything stays on schedule. The invoice for fabrication will be sent a week prior to delivery.

Step 4:  Delivery and Installation

This phase requires close coordination, so your Field Project Manager and Gamma Project Manager will keep close contact on the progress of installing the cabinets into your home. Diligent work in the design phase reduces or eliminates any unforeseen issues. However, they do at times arise and will be addressed in an efficient manner.

Step 5: “White Glove” Completion
  • Conducting a thorough walkthrough with the project manager
  • Identifying any potential issues or defects in the installation or finish and fixing them
  • Reviewing any operational or maintenance instructions associated with the new cabinets
  • Confirming the completion of the project once everything is satisfactory.
