We know construction is not a perfect science, and things can happen to alter the proposed schedule. As we draw closer to the date of delivery, Gamma Project Managers, will be in close communication with your job site manager to be certain everything stays on schedule. The invoice for fabrication will be sent a week prior to delivery.

Diligent work in the design phase reduces or eliminates any unforeseen issues. However, they do at times arise and will be addressed in an efficient manner.
Step 5: “White Glove” Completion
- Conducting a thorough walkthrough with the project manager
- Identifying any potential issues or defects in the installation or finish and fixing them
- Reviewing any operational or maintenance instructions associated with the new cabinets
- Confirming the completion of the project once everything is satisfactory.
